Coconut Water

A fresh coconut should feel heavy for its size. When you shake it, you should hear a clear sloshing of plenty of liquid inside. The shell should be hard and free of any cracks, or mold.

Whole, Unopened: Store in refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

Opened (Water & Meat): Once opened, refrigerate the water and meat immediately and consume within 2-3 days for peak freshness.
